सो गोसाइँ नहिं दूसर कोपी। भुजा उठाइ कहउँ पन रोपी॥ पसु नाचत सुक पाठ प्रबीना। गुन गति नट पाठक आधीना॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
so gosāĩṃ nahi dūsara kopī। bhujā uṭhāi kahauṁ pana ropī॥ pasu nācata suka pāṭha prabīnā। guna gati naṭa pāṭhaka ādhīnā॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
I raise my arm and declare with solemn insistence: there is no other master like you. Animals such as monkeys dance, and parrots become skilled in reciting learned passages. But the parrot's skill in recitation and the animal's dancing are respectively under the control of the teacher and the trainer.
