सिय पितु मातु सनेह बस बिकल न सकी सँभारि। धरनिसुताँ धीरजु धरेउ समउ सुधरमु बिचारि॥ २८६ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

siya pitu mātu saneha basa bikala na sakī saṃbhāri। dharanisutāṃ dhīraju dhareu samau sudharamu bicāri॥ 286 ॥

Meaning

Overcome by the love of her father and mother, Sita became so distressed that she could not steady herself. Yet the daughter of the earth, supremely patient, considered the time and proper duty and composed herself.
