श्रुति सेतु पालक राम तुम्ह जगदीस माया जानकी। जो सृजति जगु पालति हरति रुख पाइ कृपानिधान की॥ जो सहससीसु अहीसु महिधरु लखनु सचराचर धनी। सुर काज धरि नरराज तनु चले दलन खल निसिचर अनी॥
Transliteration (IAST)
śruti setu pālaka rāma tumha jagadīsa māyā jānakī। jo sṛjati jagu pālati harati rukha pāi kṛpānidhāna kī॥ jo sahasasīsu ahīsu mahidharu lakhanu sacarācara dhanī। sura kāja dhari nararāja tanu cale dalana khala nisicara anī॥
Meaning
O Rama, you are the Lord of the universe, the guardian of the Vedic order, and Janaki is your divine Maya, who, by your will, creates, sustains, and dissolves the world. He who is lord of the thousand-headed serpent and bearer of the earth upon his head, the master of all moving and unmoving beings, is Lakshmana. For the sake of the gods, you have assumed the body of a king and set forth to destroy the armies of the wicked demons.
