Meaning
Hearing his mother’s words, drenched in the sweetness of simplicity, Bharat became agitated. His lotus-like eyes poured forth tears, watering the new sprout of sorrow in his heart. Seeing that condition, everyone at that moment forgot all awareness of their own bodies. Tulsidas says that all respectfully praised the measureless depth of Bharat’s natural, spontaneous love.
