सकइ न बोलि बिकल नरनाहू। सोक जनित उर दारुन दाहू॥ नाइ सीसु पद अति अनुरागा। उठि रघुबीर बिदा तब मागा॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
sakai na boli bikala naranāhū। soka janita ura dāruna dāhū॥ nāi sīsū pada ati anurāgā। uṭhi raghubīra bidā taba māgā॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
The king was so overwhelmed that he could not speak. In his heart there was a terrible burning born of sorrow. Then, bowing his head to the Lord's feet with deep love, Rama rose and asked for permission to depart.
