पुनि न सोच तनु रहउ कि जाऊ। जेहिं न होइ पाछें पछिताऊ॥ सुनि मुनि दसरथ बचन सुहाए। मंगल मोद मूल मन भाए॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
puni na soca tanu rahau ki jāū। jehiṃ na hoi pācheṃ pachitāū॥ suni muni dasaratha bacana suhāe। maṅgala moda mūla mana bhāe॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Once this desire is fulfilled, let there be no further worry—whether the body remains or departs—so that I may not regret it later. Hearing Dasharatha’s gracious words, which were the source of all auspiciousness and joy, the sage was delighted in his heart.
