प्रेम पुलकि केवट कहि नामू। कीन्ह दूरि तें दंड प्रनामू॥ रामसखा रिषि बरबस भेंटा। जनु महि लुठत सनेह समेटा॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

prema pulaki kevaṭa kahi nāmū। kīnh dūri teṃ daṃḍa pranāmū॥ rāmasakhā riṣi barabasa bheṃṭā। janu mahi luṭhata saneha sameṭā॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

Filled with love, Kevat mentioned his name and bowed from afar with full prostration. The sage, Rama’s friend, embraced him by force, as if gathering up love rolling on the ground.
