फिरेउ निषादु प्रभुहि पहुँचाई। सचिव सहित रथ देखेसि आई॥ मंत्री बिकल बिलोकि निषादू। कहि न जाइ जस भयउ बिषादू॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
phireu niṣādu prabhuhi pahuṃcāī। saciva sahita ratha dekhesi āī॥ maṃtrī bikal biloki niṣādū। kahi na jāi jasa bhayau biṣādū॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
After escorting the Lord to His destination, when Nishadraj returned, he came and saw the chariot with the minister Sumantra in it. Seeing the minister distressed, the sorrow Nishad felt cannot be described.
