नृपहि प्रानप्रिय तुम्ह रघुबीरा। सील सनेह न छाड़िहि भीरा॥ सुकृतु सुजसु परलोकु नसाऊ। तुम्हहि जान बन कहिहि न काऊ॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nṛpahi prānapriya tumha raghubīrā। sīla saneha na chāṛihi bhīrā॥ sukṛtu sujasu paraloku nasāū। tumhahi jāna bana kahihi na kāū॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
O Raghubira, the king loves you as dearly as life itself. He will not abandon his gentleness and affection. Even if merit, good fame, and the next world were to be lost, he would never ask you to go to the forest.

This is Chaupai 2, Under Doha 79 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Departure for the Forest, Ayodhya Left Behind”. The episode describes Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana departing for the forest while Ayodhya's grieving citizens are left sleeping behind.
