नव रसाल बन बिहरनसीला। सोह कि कोकिल बिपिन करीला॥ रहहु भवन अस हृदयँ बिचारी। चंदबदनि दुखु कानन भारी॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
nava rasāla bana biharanasīlā। soha ki kokila bipina karīlā॥ rahahu bhavana asa hṛdayaṃ bicārī। caṃdabadani dukhu kānana bhārī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Does the cuckoo that sports in groves of young mango trees look graceful in a forest of karīla shrubs? O moon-faced one, reflect on this in your heart and stay at home. The forest holds great hardship.
