मुनिबर बहुरि राम समुझाए। सहित समाज सुसरित नहाए॥ ब्रतु निरंबु तेहि दिन प्रभु कीन्हा। मुनिहु कहें जलु काहुँ न लीन्हा॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
munibara bahuri rāma samujhāe। sahita samāja susarita nahāe॥ bratu niraṃbu tehi dina prabhu kīnhā। munihu kaheṃ jalu kāhuṃ na līnhā॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Again the sage explained to Rama. Then, with the whole assembly, they bathed in the sacred river. On that day the Lord observed a waterless fast; even at the sage’s bidding, no one took water.
