मृदु मूरति सुकुमार सुभाऊ। तात बाउ तन लाग न काऊ॥ ते बन सहहिं बिपति सब भाँती। निदरे कोटि कुलिस एहिं छाती॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
mṛdu mūrati sukumāra subhāū। tāta bāu tana lāga na kāū॥ te bana sahahiṃ bipati saba bhāṃtī। nidare koṭi kulisa ehiṃ chātī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Those whose form is tender and whose nature is delicate, and whose body has never even been touched by harsh weather, are now enduring every kind of hardship in the forest. Alas! This heart of mine has defied even millions of thunderbolts in its hardness; otherwise it would long ago have broken.
