मलिन बसन बिबरन बिकल कृस सरीर दुख भार। कनक कलप बर बेलि बन मानहुँ हनी तुसार॥ १६३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
malina basana bibarana bikalā kṛsa sarīra dukha bhāra। kanaka kalapa bara beli bana mānahuṃ hanī tusāra॥ 163 ॥
Meaning
Kaushalya is in soiled clothes, her complexion has changed, and she is distraught; her body has withered under the burden of sorrow. She appears like a beautiful golden wish-creeper scorched by frost in the forest.
