कृपासिंधु प्रभु होहिं दुखारी। धीरजु धरहिं कुसमउ बिचारी॥ लखि सिय लखनु बिकल होइ जाहीं। जिमि पुरुषहि अनुसर परिछाहीं॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kṛpāsiṃdhu prabhu hohiṃ dukhārī। dhīraju dharahiṃ kusamau bicārī॥ lakhi siya lakhanu bikal hoi jāhīṃ। jimi puruṣahi anusara parichāhīṃ॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
The Lord, ocean of compassion, becomes sorrowful, but then, understanding the unfavorable time, He regains His composure. Seeing Rama grieved, Sita and Lakshmana too become distressed, just as a shadow follows the movements of a person.
