कहउँ साँचु सब सुनि पतिआहू। चाहिअ धरमसील नरनाहू॥ मोहि राजु हठि देइहहु जबहीं। रसा रसातल जाइहि तबहीं॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kahauṃ sāṃcu saba suni patiāhū। cāhia dharamasīla naranāhū॥ mohi rāju haṭhi deihahu jabahīṃ। rasā rasātala jāihi tabahīṃ॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
I speak the truth; listen and believe me all of you: only a righteous man should be king. The moment you forcibly give me the kingdom, the earth itself will sink into the netherworld.
