jehi bhāṃti socu kalaṃku jāi upāya kari kula pālahī। haṭhi pheru rāmahi jāta bana jani bāta dūsari cālahi॥ jimibhānubinudinuprānabinu tanucandabinujimi jāmīnī। timi avadha tulasīdāsa prabhu binu samujhi dhauṃ jiyaṃ bhāminī॥
Meaning
By whatever means your sorrow and disgrace may be removed, act that way and protect the family. By stubborn effort, turn Rama back from going to the forest; do not raise any other issue. Tulsidas says: just as day without the sun, a body without life, and night without the moon become lifeless and without beauty, so too Ayodhya will be without Rama. O noble lady, understand this well in your heart and reflect on it.
