जनु कठोरपनु धरें सरीरू। सिखइ धनुषबिद्या बर बीरू॥ सबु प्रसंगु रघुपतिहि सुनाई। बैठि मनहुँ तनु धरि निठुराई॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

janu kaṭhorapanu dhareṃ sarīrū। sikhai dhanuṣabidyā bara bīrū॥ sabu prasaṃgu raghupatahi sunāī। baiṭhi mānahuṃ tanu dhari niṭhurāī॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

As if harshness itself had taken on a body and were learning the art of the bow as a great warrior, she told everything to Lord Raghunatha and then sat there as though cruelty itself had assumed a body.

Context

This is Chaupai 2, Under Doha 41 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Rama Accepts Kaikeyi's Command”. The episode describes Rama calmly accepting Kaikeyi's command of exile and Bharata's coronation with joyful obedience.
