देखि प्रभाउ सुरेसहि सोचू। जगु भल भलेहि पोच कहुँ पोचू॥ गुर सन कहेउ करिअ प्रभु सोई। रामहि भरतहि भेट न होई॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
dekhi prabhāu suresahi socū। jagu bhala bhalehi poca kahuṃ pocū॥ gura sana kaheu kari'a prabhu soī। rāmahi bharatahi bheṭa na hoī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Seeing the power of Bharata's devotion, Indra became anxious, fearing that Rama might turn back because of their love and ruin all that had been arranged. The world is good for the good and bad for the bad: a person sees the world according to his own nature. He said to his guru, 'O Lord, devise a way so that Rama and Bharata do not meet.'
