चित्रकूट गिरि करहु निवासू। तहँ तुम्हार सब भाँति सुपासू॥ सैलु सुहावन कानन चारू। करि केहरि मृग बिहग बिहारू॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
citrakūṭa giri karahu nivāsū। tahaṃ tumhāra saba bhāṃti supāsū॥ sailu suhāvana kānana cāru। kari kehari mṛga bihaga bihārū॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Make your dwelling on Mount Chitrakoot; there you will find every kind of comfort. It is a delightful hill and a beautiful forest, a place where elephants, lions, deer, and birds roam.
