आयसु पालि जनम फलु पाई। ऐहउँ बेगिहिं होउ रजाई॥ बिदा मातु सन आवउँ मागी। चलिहउँ बनहि बहुरि पग लागी॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
āyasu pāli janama phalu pāī। aihauṃ beigihiṃ hou rajāī॥ bidā mātu sana āvauṃ māgī। calihauṃ banahi bahuri paga lāgī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
By obeying your command and gaining the fruit of life, I shall return soon, so please grant me leave. I will go ask Mother for permission, then, after bowing at your feet again, I will go to the forest.
