अटनु राम गिरि बन तापस थल। असनु अमिअ सम कंद मूल फल॥ सुख समेत संबत दुइ साता। पल सम होहिं न जनिअहिं जाता॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

aṭanu rāma giri bana tāpasa thala। asanu amia sama kanda mūla phala॥ sukha sameta saṃbata dui sātā। pala sama hohiṃ na janiahiṃ jātā॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

To wander through Rama’s mountains, forests, and hermitages, and to eat roots, tubers, and fruits like nectar—those fourteen years will pass in happiness as if they were moments, and one will not even feel them go by.
