आरत लोग राम सबु जाना। करुनाकर सुजान भगवाना॥ जो जेहि भायँ रहा अभिलाषी। तेहि तेहि कै तसि तसि रुख राखी॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
ārata loga rāma sabu jānā। karuṇākara sujāna bhagavānā॥ jo jehi bhāyaṃ rahā abhilāṣī। tehi tehi kai tasi tasi rukha rākhī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
The compassionate, all-knowing Lord Rama understood that all the people were in distress. Whatever desire each one had, He responded to each in that very way.
