लोभ कें इच्छा दंभ बल काम कें केवल नारि। क्रोध कें परुष बचन बल मुनिबर कहहिं बिचारि॥ ३८ (ख) ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
lobha keṃ icchā daṃbha bala kāma keṃ kevala nāri। krodha keṃ paruṣa bacana bala munibara kahahiṃ bicāri॥ 38 (b) ॥
Meaning
Greed has desire and arrogance as its strength; lust has only woman as its strength; anger has harsh speech as its strength. The best sages say this after reflection.
