लछिमन देखु बिपिन कइ सोभा। देखत केहि कर मन नहिं छोभा॥ नारि सहित सब खग मृग बृंदा। मानहुँ मोरि करत हहिं निंदा॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
lachimana dekhu bipina kai sobhā। dekhata kehi kara mana nahiṃ chobhā॥ nāri sahita saba khaga mṛga bṛndā। mānahuṃ mori karata hahiṃ niṃdā॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
O Lakshmana, just look at the beauty of the forest. Whose mind would not be stirred by seeing it? All the birds and herds of beasts are accompanied by females. It is as if they are reproaching Me.
