तेहिं कलिजुग कोसलपुर जाई। जन्मत भयउँ सूद्र तनु पाई॥ सिव सेवक मन क्रम अरु बानी। आन देव निंदक अभिमानी॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
tehiṃ kalijuga kosalapura jāī। janmata bhayauṃ sūdra tanu pāī॥ siva sevaka mana krama aru bānī। āna deva nindaka abhimānī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
In that Kali age, I came to Kosalapur and took birth in a śūdra body. In thought, word, and deed I was a servant of Shiva, and I was proud and abusive toward other gods.
