सुनि मम बचन बिनीत मृदु मुनि कृपाल खगराज। मोहि सादर पूँछत भए द्विज आयहु केहि काज॥ ११० (ग) ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
suni mama bacana binīta mṛdu muni kṛpāla khagarāja। mohi sādara pūṃchata bhae dvija āyahu kehi kāja॥ 110 (c) ॥
Meaning
O king of birds, hearing my humble, gentle words, the compassionate sage respectfully asked me, 'O twice-born one, for what purpose have you come here?'
