जलज बिलोचन स्यामल गातहि। पलक नयन इव सेवक त्रातहि॥ धृत सर रुचिर चाप तूनीरहि। संत कंज बन रबि रनधीरहि॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jalaja bilocana syāmalā gātahi। palaka nayana iva sevaka trātahiṃ॥ dhṛta sara rucira cāpa tūnīrahi। santa kaṃja bana rabi ranadhīrahi॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Worship the lotus-eyed One with the dark-hued body. Worship the One who protects His servants as eyelids protect the eyes. Worship the One who bears beautiful arrows, bow, and quiver. Worship Rama, the sun-like warrior, who causes the lotus-garden of saints to bloom.
