तीरथपति पुनि देखु प्रयागा। निरखत जन्म कोटि अघ भागा॥ देखु परम पावनि पुनि बेनी। हरनि सोक हरि लोक निसेनी॥ पुनि देखु अवधपुरी अति पावनि। त्रिबिध ताप भव रोग नसावनि॥ ४-५ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

tīrathapati puni dekhu prayāgā। nirakhata janma koṭi agha bhāgā॥ dekhu parama pāvani puni benī। harani soka hari loka nisenī॥ puni dekhu avadhapurī ati pāvani। tribidha tāpa bhava roga nasāvani॥ 4-5 ॥

Meaning

Then behold Prayag, the lord of pilgrimage sites; merely seeing it removes the sins of millions of births. Then behold the supremely pure Triveni, which takes away sorrow and is like a staircase to the realm of Hari. Then behold Ayodhya, exceedingly pure, which destroys the three kinds of suffering and the disease of worldly existence.
