कहि दुर्बचन क्रुद्ध दसकंधर। कुलिस समान लाग छाँड़ै सर॥ नानाकार सिलीमुख धाए। दिसि अरु बिदिसि गगन महि छाए॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kahi durbacana kruddha dasakaṃdhara। kulisa samāna lāga chāṃḍai sara॥ nānākāra silīmukha dhāe। disi aru bidisi gagana mahi chāe॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
After uttering those harsh words, Ravana grew furious and began hurling arrows like thunderbolts. Arrows of many kinds rushed forth and filled every direction—front, back, the sky, and the earth.
