तहँ न असन नहिं बिप्र सुआरा। फिरेउ राउ मन सोच अपारा॥ सब प्रसंग महिसुरन्ह सुनाई। त्रसित परेउ अवनीं अकुलाई॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

tahaṃ na asana nahiṃ bipra suārā। fireu rāu mana soca apārā॥ saba prasanga mahisuranhaṃ sunāī। trisata pareu avanīṃ akākulī॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

There was neither food there nor even a Brahmin cook. The king returned with immense sorrow in his mind. He told the Brahmins the whole account, and, utterly frightened and agitated, he fell to the ground.
