राम सुकंठ बिभीषन दोऊ। राखे सरन जान सबु कोऊ॥ नाम गरीब अनेक नेवाजे। लोक बेद बर बिरिद बिराजे॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma sukaṃṭha bibhīṣana doū। rākhe sarana jāna sabu koū॥ nāma garība aneka nevāje। loka beda bara birida birāje॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Rama kept Sugriva and Vibhishana both under His protection; everyone knows this. But the Name has shown grace to many poor ones. This beautiful glory of the Name shines greatly in the world and in the Vedas.
