मंगल मूल लगन दिनु आवा। हिम रितु अगहनु मासु सुहावा॥ ग्रह तिथि नखतु जोगु बर बारू। लगन सोधि बिधि कीन्ह बिचारू॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
maṃgala mūla lagana dinu āvā। hima ritu agahanu māsu suhāvā॥ graha tithi nakhatu jogu bara bārū। lagana sodhi bidhi kīnha bicārū॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
The day of the auspicious muhurta arrived. It was the lovely month of Agahan in the winter season. The planets, tithi, nakshatra, yoga, and weekday were all favorable. After examining the auspicious time, Brahma considered the matter.
