माघ मकरगत रबि जब होई। तीरथपतिहिं आव सब कोई॥ देव दनुज किंनर नर श्रेनीं। सादर मज्जहिं सकल त्रिबेनीं॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

māgha makaragata rabi jaba hoi। tīrathapatihiṃ āva saba koī॥ deva danuja kiṃnara nara śreṇīṃ। sādara majjhahiṃ sakala tribenīṃ॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

When, in the month of Magh, the sun enters Capricorn, everyone comes to the king of holy places, Prayag. Gods, demons, Kinnaras, and groups of human beings all bathe reverently in the Triveni.
