लच्छन सब बिचारि उर राखे। कछुक बनाइ भूप सन भाषे॥ सुता सुलच्छन कहि नृप पाहीं। नारद चले सोच मन माहीं॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

lacchana saba bicāri ura rākhe। kachuka banāi bhūpa sana bhāṣe॥ sutā sulachchana kahi nṛpa pāhīṃ। nārada cale soca mana māhīṃ॥ 3 ॥

Meaning

Having considered all the signs, the sage kept them in his heart and said something of his own making to the king. Speaking of the girl's auspicious marks to the king, Nārada departed. Yet a worry remained in his mind:
