करहिं कूटि नारदहि सुनाई। नीकि दीन्हि हरि सुंदरताई॥ रीझिहि राजकुअँरि छबि देखी। इन्हहि बरिहि हरि जानि बिसेषी॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

karahiṃ kūṭi nāradahi sunāī। nīki dīnhi hari sundaratāī॥ rījhihi rājakuāṃri chabi dekhī। inhahi barihi hari jāni biseṣī॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

They kept taunting Narad, saying, "The Lord has indeed bestowed fine beauty on him! Seeing his splendor, the princess will be charmed and, thinking him to be a monkey, will choose him above all others."
