काम कोटि छबि स्याम सरीरा। नील कंज बारिद गंभीरा॥ अरुन चरन पंकज नख जोती। कमल दलन्हि बैठे जनु मोती॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kāma koṭi chabi syāma sarīrā। nīla kanja bārida gaṃbhīrā॥ aruna carana paṃkaja nakha jotī। kamala dalanhi baiṭhe janu motī॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
His dark body is as beautiful as millions of Kamadevas, like a deep blue cloud and a blue lotus. The radiance of the nails on his red lotus-feet appears as though pearls had been set upon lotus petals.
