कहहिं बसिष्टु धरम इतिहासा। सुनहिं महीसु सहित रनिवासा॥ मुनि मन अगम गाधिसुत करनी। मुदित बसिष्ट बिपुल बिधि बरनी॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kahahiṃ basiṣṭu dharama itihāsā। sunahiṃ mahīsu sahita ranivāsā॥ muni mana agama gādhisuta karanī। mudita basiṣṭa bipula bidhi baranī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
Vasishtha narrated sacred histories of dharma, and the king listened along with the women of the inner palace. Vishvamitra’s deeds, which are beyond even the sages’ minds, were described joyfully by Vasishtha in many ways.
