झूठेउ सत्य जाहि बिनु जानें। जिमि भुजंग बिनु रजु पहिचानें॥ जेहि जानें जग जाइ हेराई। जागें जथा सपन भ्रम जाई॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

jhūṭheu satya jāhi binu jāneṃ। jimi bhujaṃga binu raju pahicāneṃ॥ jehi jāneṃ jag jāi herāī। jāgeṃ jathā sapan bhrama jāī॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

Without knowing it, even falsehood appears true, like mistaking a rope for a snake. When it is known, the world vanishes, just as the illusion of a dream disappears upon waking.
