हरष बिषाद ग्यान अग्याना। जीव धर्म अहमिति अभिमाना॥ राम ब्रह्म ब्यापक जग जाना। परमानंद परेस पुराना॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

haraṣa biṣāda gyāna agyānā। jīva dharma ahamiti abhimānā॥ rāma brahma byāpaka jaga jānā। paramānaṃda pares purānā॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

Joy and sorrow, knowledge and ignorance, ego and pride—these are all the conditions of the individual soul. Rama, however, is the all-pervading Brahman, the embodiment of supreme bliss, beyond all, the ancient Purusha. The whole world knows this.

Context

This is Chaupai 4, Under Doha 116 from Bal Kand, in the episode “Shiva-Parvati Dialogue on Rama”. The episode describes Parvati lovingly questioning Shiva about Rama's divine nature and the mystery of His incarnation.
