धरि नृपतनु तहँ गयउ कृपाला। कुअँरि हरषि मेलेउ जयमाला॥ दुलहिनि लै गे लच्छिनिवासा। नृपसमाज सब भयउ निरासा॥ २ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

dhari nṛpatanu tahaṃ gayo kṛpālā। kuāṃri haraṣi meleu jayamālā॥ dulahini lai ge lacchininivāsā। nṛpasamāja saba bhayo nirāsā॥ 2 ॥

Meaning

The merciful Lord also took on the body of a king and went there. The princess joyfully placed the victory garland around His neck. The Lord, abode of Lakshmi, took the bride away. The entire royal assembly was left disheartened.
