भायँ कुभायँ अनख आलसहूँ। नाम जपत मंगल दिसि दसहूँ॥ सुमिरि सो नाम राम गुन गाथा। करउँ नाइ रघुनाथहि माथा॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

bhāyaṃ kubhāyaṃ anakha ālasahūṃ। nāma japata maṃgala disi dasahūṃ॥ sumiri so nāma rāma guna gāthā। karauṃ nāi raghunāthahi māthā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

Whether with good intent or ill intent, in anger or in laziness, simply chanting the Name brings welfare in all ten directions. Remembering that Name of Rama and bowing my head to Raghunatha, I sing the praises of Rama.
