भयउ रसोईं भूसुर माँसू। सब द्विज उठे मानि बिस्वासू॥ भूप बिकल मति मोहँ भुलानी। भावी बस आव मुख बानी॥ ४ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

bhayau rasoīṃ bhūsura māṃsū। saba dvija uṭhe māni bisvāsū॥ bhūpa bikala mati mohaṃ bhulānī। bhāvī basa āva mukha bānī॥ 4 ॥

Meaning

The kitchen had become a place where Brahmins’ flesh was being prepared. Trusting the heavenly voice, all the Brahmins rose up. The king became distraught; his mind was lost in delusion, and by fate no words came from his lips.
