बरषा घोर निसाचर रारी। सुरकुल सालि सुमंगलकारी॥ राम राज सुख बिनय बड़ाई। बिसद सुखद सोइ सरद सुहाई॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
baraṣā ghora nisācara rārī। surakula sāli sumaṃgalakārī॥ rāma rāja sukha binaya baṛāī। bisada sukhada soi sarada suhāī॥ 3 ॥
Meaning
The fierce battle with the night-demons is the monsoon season, which is auspicious and nourishing like rain for the divine rice-fields. The happiness, humility, and greatness of Lord Rama’s reign are the clear and soothing autumn season.
