असुर मारि थापहिं सुरन्ह राखहिं निज श्रुति सेतु। जग बिस्तारहिं बिसद जस राम जन्म कर हेतु॥ १२१ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
asura māri thāpahiṃ suranhaṃ rākhahiṃ nija śruti setu। jaga bistārahīṃ bisada jasa rāma janma kara hetu॥ 121 ॥
Meaning
They slay the demons and establish the gods, protect the bounds of their sacred law, and spread their pure glory throughout the world. This is the reason for Rama’s birth.
