अस कहि रही चरन गहि रानी। प्रेम पंक जनु गिरा समानी॥ सुनि सनेहसानी बर बानी। बहुबिधि राम सासु सनमानी॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

asa kahi rahī carana gahi rānī। prema paṃka janu girā samānī॥ suni sanehasānī bara bānī। bahubidhi rāma sāsu sanamānī॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

Saying this, the queen remained holding His feet. It was as if her speech had sunk into the mire of love. Hearing that affectionate, noble speech, Rama honored the mothers-in-law in many ways.
