राम मातु दुखु सुखु सम जानी। कहि गुन राम प्रबोधीं रानी॥ एक कहहिं रघुबीर बड़ाई। एक सराहत भरत भलाई॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
rāma mātu dukhu sukhu sama jānī। kahi guna rāma prabodhīṃ rānī॥ eka kahahiṃ raghubīra baṛāī। eka sarāhata bharata bhalāī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
Rama's mother, taking sorrow and joy as equal, comforted the other queens by speaking of Rama's virtues. Some speak of the greatness of Rama, while others praise Bharata's goodness.
