मुनि महिसुर गुर भरत भुआलू। राम बिरहँ सबु साजु बिहालू॥ प्रभु गुन ग्राम गनत मन माहीं। सब चुपचाप चले मग जाहीं॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

muni mahisura guru bharata bhuālū। rāma birahaṃ sabu sāju bihālū॥ prabhu guna grāma ganata mana māhīṃ। saba cupacāpa cale maga jāhīṃ॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

The sages, priests, teachers, Bharata, and the kings—all are distressed by separation from Rama. Recalling the Lord’s countless virtues in their hearts, they all walk on in silence.
