कुमतिहि कसि कुबेषता फाबी। अनअहिवातु सूच जनु भाबी॥ जाइ निकट नृपु कह मृदु बानी। प्रानप्रिया केहि हेतु रिसानी॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
kumatihi kasi kubeṣatā phābī। anaahivātu sūca janu bhābī॥ jāi nikaṭa nṛpu kaha mṛdu bānī। prānapriyā kehi hetu risānī॥ 4 ॥
Meaning
How well does such a vile disguise suit that foolish woman! It is as though it were an omen of impending widowhood. Going near her, the king spoke softly: 'Beloved, why are you angry?'
