जीवत सकल जनम फल पाए। अंत अमरपति सदन सिधाए॥ अस अनुमानि सोच परिहरहू। सहित समाज राज पुर करहू॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
jīvata sakala janama phala pāe। anta amarapati sadana sidhāe॥ asa anumāni soca pariharahu। sahita samāja rāja pura karahu॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
In their lifetime they had already attained the full fruit of birth, and in the end they went to Indra’s abode. Thinking thus, cast aside sorrow and govern the kingdom with the people of the city.
Context
This is Chaupai 2, Under Doha 161 from Ayodhya Kand, in the episode “Bharata and Shatrughna Arrive and Grieve”. The episode describes Bharata and Shatrughna returning to grief-stricken Ayodhya on learning of Dasharatha's death and Rama's exile.
