गुर बिबेक सागर जगु जाना। जिन्हहि बिस्व कर बदर समाना॥ मो कहँ तिलक साज सज सोऊ। भएँबिधि बिमुख बिमुख सबु कोऊ॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
gura bibeka sāgara jagu jānā। jinhahi bisva kara badara samānā॥ mo kahaṃ tilaka sāja saja soū। bhaeṃbidhi bimukha bimukha sabu koū॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
The guru is the ocean of wisdom, as the whole world knows; for him the universe is like a jujube berry in the palm. Yet even he is arranging the coronation for me. Truly, when Fate turns hostile, everyone turns hostile.
